"The Mouse of Edinburgh" is an Arabic book of essays by Dr. Manal Omar. The book is a collection experiences Dr. Manal has gone through and the lessons she's learned that she expresses through her writing. The title of the book comes from the essay, "The Mouse of Edinburgh", which is about her fear of mice and how an experience with a mouse inspired her to start writing again.

The cover displays a mouse scurrying with its prints all over the book's pages, just like the mouse that inspired the writing of the book. The Edinburgh skyline is in the background.

The Book's spine.
